Key fobs
If you have lost your key fob, need an additional key fob, or are new to the community please email the following to kcolon@folioam.com
- We will need to see your Florida Driver’s License or Florida Identification Card in addition to a copy of the signed Key Fob Form.
- If you purchased the home from someone and they give you their old key fob we will transfer them to you at no charge.
Key fobs are $25.00 each.
Clubhouse Rentals
If you would like to rent a clubhouse please email kcolon@folioam.com
Clubhouse Rentals are a $150.00 fee for the day for residents and $500.00 fee for the day for non-residents and a separate check for $300.00 deposit.
